We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in American Fork, Utah.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.

 

Quincy Mae is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

 

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

 

International Orders

All international packages are shipped via USPS First Class International unless specifically directed to go DHL International in the cart checkout. 

We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Quincy Mae assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Return Policy

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed. All items eligible for return must be sent back within 15 days of the fulfillment of the order (the date it leaves the warehouse and is en route). 

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

For an exchange or full refund items must be sent back within a 15 day window from the date of shipment of the goods with the above qualifications being met. 

Any orders placed within the context of a sale, or any items marked Final Sale (including all products purchased during Black Friday Cyber Monday sale ), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Other discount codes may be eligible for store credit or refund – please reach out to the team at info@quincymae.com if you have any questions. 

We accommodate free return labels for any items that are damaged or may have a defect. All other returns require a minimal freight free on behalf of the sender to cover the return order.
