We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in San Diego, CA.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.

Quincy Mae is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
International Orders
Due to increased issues with carriers delivering packages internationally with supply / shipping constraints, we have opted to only ship to the US and Canada at this time. This decision was made to protect you, the valued customer, due to the sheer percentage of lost packages in transit to international destinations in 2021 and the frustration that was causing. We will continue to evaluate the international shipping options of all carriers as things begin to get better but, in the interim, we invite you to shop at a retailer in your own region. Rylee & Cru is available in almost every region globally and can ship to you fast and direct from a retailer near you. You can find one here on our stockist page.

Return Policy
A product may be exchanged if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
For exchanges, please initiate the order within our returns center and you will automatically be given size options to substitute for.
No receipt is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. Record of sale is required for items to be return-eligible.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact us with the buyer’s name and order number (if known). The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.

Free shipping is not offered for returns. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including your name, email address, and order number associated with the return if possible.
Please indicate you are returning a gift in a note with the return—this way the buyer will not be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.
Once we get the package back, we will process the return, and we can either give you a one-time-use coupon code in the amount of the return or apply the credit to a Quincy Mae account should you choose to create one or already have one, which would then automatically apply to your next order (and does not have to be used all at once).
Any return shipment handed off to carriers without a proof of the exchange will still be considered the property of the customer. Whenever dropping a package for return please always get a receipt for the drop-off as this shows us the package is in the custody of the carrier. Any order lost in transit that is in the custody of the carrier will not be the responsibility of the customer and will still be redeemed as a valid return.
The return package must be postmarked back to us within 15 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 15-day-timeframe for a store credit as long as they meet the following requirements:

● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.

Any orders placed within the context of a sale, or any items marked Final Sale (including all products purchased during Black Friday Cyber Monday sale ), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
Gift Returns -Any gifted items that fall under the parameters of returnable goods outlined above are eligible to be returned for credit in the form of a gift card and require the original purchaser's name and order number. These parameters help to confirm the items were initially purchased from our site as well as a reference to the original purchase pricing for credit balance to apply. This can all be done through the same returns center link listed above but please select "gift return" at the bottom of the landing page list to be eligible for the items to credit to your (the gift recipient's) email in the form of a gift card.
Warranty Info:
We stand by all our product and want you to be assured that your item is made with care and will last through standard wear and tear when included use/care instructions are followed. In the case that there is an issue related to a defect, please notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your product if there are issues with the product in its new and unworn condition. Items washed / worn are not eligible for returns / exchange when any damage is related to standard product wear and tear.
Any package reported damaged / missing items will be reported to the carrier and we will initiate an inspection process for insurance purposes. Please provide photo evidence of the package. Items picked up at a carrier service space with issues need to be addressed at that carrier office prior to initiating a refund request with Quincy Mae.
We accommodate free return labels for any items that are damaged or may have a defect. All other returns require a minimal freight free on behalf of the sender to cover the return order.

Since the beginning we've only sourced the best organic cotton we could find. In the simplest terms possible, this means extreme intentionality in only using materials that you can be fully confident to put on your child, certified by our industry's highest standards. This isn’t a marketing concept, it’s a way to create better product because responsibility is important for the apparel industry as a whole and we all have an important part to play in making that process better.
Rest assured that all of our cotton is GOTS certified organic and always subject to strict brand requirements to be free of antimicrobial chemicals, formaldehydes, pesticides, phthalates, PFCs, polyvinvl chloride, and VOCS. That's all code for saying that this is pure cotton that washes softly, wears in well, ages gracefully, and is free of harmful additives. What goes on your baby's skin matters to us so we take this seriously and ensure you don't have to worry about what's in the product, just enjoy that it's natural, clean, and made for memories to come.
It’s a given that how an item is made is just as important as what is in it. Since our inception we have worked directly with a merchandising team on the ground in all of our factories who are consistently checking in on all of our production and maintain constant contact with us to ensure that everything is produced at the highest possible standard in the best possible production houses.
Quincy Mae is designed in the United States and made in China. Everything is made in partnership with factories that must sign an eleven-part code of conduct agreement with us which states a series of critical components: No child labor, no forced work environments, fair wages, non-discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, and many more. This compliance agreement is subject to continuous audits to maintain that it is upheld. We're excited to say that in 2018 our main factory won an award for Social Responsibility within our industry. Happy workers and happy factories make better product, we are proud of this process.
We have chosen to exclusively work with factories that are WRAP certified so that you can guarantee the products are made responsibly. WRAP is the world's largest independent certification program mainly focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors. Becoming a WRAP certified facility involves much more than simply passing an audit, they take a collaborative approach to social compliance certification in which WRAP works with their facilities to ensure that they remain in compliance with 12 core principles related to ethics and social responsibility. This process requires that all of our facilities actively engage in the process themselves and see to it that effective management systems are maintained to ensure compliance requirements are met.
What is GOTS certification anyway? It’s really the core standard in the apparel industry to ensure sustainable and best-practice cotton. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers and they audit the entire process of the textile life down the supply chain to its origin for social impact, environmental impact, and sustainability. Putting your baby in something that is premium, soft, and long-lasting shouldn’t require chemicals, environmental damage, or social harm…so we do the extra legwork on every single garment to make sure that each item is GOTS certified so you don’t have to worry about it.
At Quincy Mae, sustainbility matters! By sourcing only the best cotton and materials we can share with you longer lasting, better washing garments and accessories that aren't disposable. We believe that cherished baby garments should be worn, well-loved, and then shared and not thrown away wastefully. This is why as a brand an emphasis is put on produces better quality and longer lasting items that live on beyond the initial wear and tear.
All Quincy Mae packaging (polybags / hangtags) are all recyclable. Since most of the apparel industry contributes to piles of unnecessary trash, packaging is a little thing that makes a huge difference. In an intentional effort to push back against creating waste that we can easily avoid, all of our outer elements protecting the garments can be put straight into your recycling bin at home.
